This delicious combination of frozen peaches, apple juice and just a dash of amaretto liqueur is just the thing to hit the spot on a summer afternoon!

Ingredients

1 shot glass full of amaretto
250g peach slices, frozen
475ml (16 fl oz) apple juice

Preparation method

1. In a blender, combine amaretto liqueur, frozen peaches and apple juice.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
