Everyone loves salted caramel, who doesn't! So why not make your own? It can be used as a sauce or even to bake into things like cookies!
Dead easy to do, although you do have to keep a constant eye on it as sugar burns very quickly. I used kosher salt and it’s turned out very well. I’m happy as my other half always says whenever he eats salted caramel that he can’t taste the salt. Now he can! - 08 Dec 2017
