    Makes: 12 cookies

    • 6 tablespoons plain flour
    • 6 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, and then add the butter; use your hands to mix it together. Then add chocolate chips if wanted (they make it taste so much better!!) and mix them in.
    3. If it hasn't come together in a ball, then add a little bit of milk. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut into shapes how ever you want. Place them on a baking tray.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for ten minutes; once cooled decorate with icing if wanted. Enjoy!
