Easiest ever chicken nuggets

    This is the easiest ever chicken nugget recipe using crushed cornflakes as a coating. Takes no time at all and tastes lovely. A great thing to make with the kids too. This recipe feeds my family of 10 making approximately 50 nuggets.

    Makes: 50 chicken nuggets

    • 1kg skinless chicken breast fillets
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 2 large bowls crushed cornflakes

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Cut the chicken breast fillets to the size and shape you'd like your nuggets to be.
    3. Dip the chicken in the egg, and then dip in the crushed cornflakes making sure they're thoroughly coated. Place on a baking tray.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the centre and the coating is golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve.


    Serve with whatever you'd normally have with chicken nuggets. These are also great cold as a snack if you don't eat them all!
