Sheep's testes have been eaten as delicacies all over the world for hundreds of years. It is full of testosterone and minerals, and as such — in combination with special spices — is claimed to be a strong aphrodisiac.
For the testicles, simply remove any excess membrane and slice them into pieces a 1/2cm (1/4") thick. Mix the sliced testicles with the rest of the ingredients in that section and marinate for 30 minutes.
For the tiger's cream:
In the meantime, make the cream by simply blending all the ingredients and keep in a bowl to serve.
For the coleslaw:
For the slaw, grate the red cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Deseed the cucumber and grate that into the mix as well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
For the batter:
To make the batter, just blend all the ingredients (except the flour) and set aside. Toss the marinated pieces of testicle in some plain flour and dip them into the batter, making sure to coat them evenly all over. To cook the testicles, heat enough oil in a deep pan for frying. Carefully drop the pieces into the hot oil (be careful with your fingers!) and cook on medium flame until they’re golden brown all over and floating on top.
To serve, first put a couple spoons of the coleslaw on the plate, followed by 3 to 5 pieces of fried testicle. Drizzle the tiger’s cream over the top and get stuck in!
