First brown the mince in a large pan with a little oil over a medium heat, then add passata, curry paste, stock cube and water and leave to simmer while you do white sauce.
To make the white sauce, melt butter in a saucepan then when melted mix in flour and cook and stir for 2 minutes. Slowly add milk whisking all the time so it's not lumpy. Then simmer for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in cream cheese till smooth again.
To assemble get a 20 x 30cm oven dish. Put a small amount of the meat sauce at the bottom, cover with one layer of lasagne sheets then put 1/3 of meat sauce on top followed by 50g of cheese then repeat with lasagne sheets.
Do this another 2 times (meat sauce, cheese, lasagne sheets) then on top of final sheets pour slowly the white sauce then sprinkle your final 50g of cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the filling is piping hot. Remove from the oven and serve.
