About this recipe:
No added sugar here, just honey. These biscuits develop such lovely flavour from the honey and a touch of vanilla. Just four ingredients is all you need!
Makes: 1 dozen biscuits
100g butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
175g plain flour
- Preheat the oven to 150 C / Gas 2. Line a baking tray with parchment.
- Add butter and honey in a bowl and mix well until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, mix, then sift in the flour and mix well. Roll out to about 5mm. Cut into shapes and place on tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
