    About this recipe: These quick and easy iced fingers are great for parties and bake sales, and taste absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients
    Makes: 6 easy iced finger buns

    • 1 pack hot dog buns or finger rolls
    • 65g icing sugar
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons water
    • 1 to 2 drops food colouring (optional)
    • toppings of your choice (e.g. glacé cherries, sprinkles)

    1. Firstly take out your finger rolls from the packet and separate them if they are stuck together.
    2. Then you need to start making up the icing, so place the icing sugar in a bowl and mix it with a few tablespoons of water (If you want to change the colour of the icing, just add a few drops of food colouring until it's at your desirable colour).
    3. Spread the icing on top of your buns or rolls and add your toppings (optional) and serve.
