This recipe is quick, simple and super tasty! I made it with ingredients that I just happened to have in the fridge/cupboard. Feel free to add your own twist! Serve with blue cheese sauce or herb mayonnaise. Makes 2 large burgers.
I use a food processor to chop and combine the ingredients, but if you don't have a food processor just chop everything finely by hand and combine the ingredients with a fork in a bowl.
