Gluten free chocolate spiderweb cake

    1. Bake the cake according to the recipe. Allow to cool completely then place on a serving plate.
    2. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese and icing sugar and blend till smooth and creamy. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the cake.
    3. Spoon the melted chocolate into a piping bag or a small freezer bag with a tiny hole cut out at the corner. Carefully pipe a spider web shape over the cream cheese. It's ready!
