About this recipe: A green spinach smoothie, served in a bowl and topped with lots of nutritious goodies like almonds, chia seeds and fresh berries. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast.


Serves: 2 

  • For the smoothie
  • 90g fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 80g frozen mango chunks
  • 120ml coconut water
  • Additional toppings
  • 40g fresh raspberries
  • 40g fresh blueberries
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon sliced almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

  1. Blend spinach, banana, coconut milk, mango and coconut water in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with raspberries, blueberries, granola, coconut, almonds and chia seeds.
