Super green smoothie

    After a lot of experimenting with green juice recipes, I finally came up with a combination of ingredients that I felt was worth sharing!

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
    • 4 leaves kale, chopped
    • 80g fresh coconut flesh
    • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
    • 1 celery stick, sliced
    • 20g spinach
    • 235ml coconut water
    • 120ml almond milk
    • 120ml water
    • 1 lemon, juiced

    1. Place apple, kale, coconut flesh, cucumber, celery and spinach in a blender; top with coconut water, almond milk, water and lemon juice. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
