    About this recipe: Spice up your morning by adding jalapeno chilli pepper to a green smoothie. It's surprisingly addictive and will certainly wake you up!

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 bananas, broken into chunks
    • 60g baby spinach
    • 165g frozen mango chunks
    • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh jalapeno pepper, or to taste
    • 230ml water, or as desired

    1. Layer banana, spinach, mango, and jalapeno pepper in a blender; add water and blend until smooth, adding more water for a thinner smoothie.
