    About this recipe: Easy to make, flavourful and creates a wonderful aroma to come home to. You can use chicken thighs instead of turkey breast if you prefer. Add more chicken stock if necessary during cooking. Serve with rice.

    • 1 (1.8kg) boneless turkey breast
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth, divided
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 300g chopped onion
    • 75g pitted Kalamata olives
    • 55g oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
    • 1 teaspoon savoury seasoning or mixed herbs
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons plain flour

    1. Place turkey breast, 60ml chicken stock, lemon juice, onion, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, seasoning, salt and pepper in the bowl of a slow cooker. Cover; cook on Low for 7 hours.
    2. Combine the remaining chicken stock and the flour in a small bowl; whisk until smooth. Stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for an additional 30 minutes.
