Mix eggnog, cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions until it reaches a soft consistency that you can scoop. Transfer ice cream to a plastic container; cover surface with cling film and seal. For best results, this ice cream should be stored in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
