    Serves: 1 

    • 3 handfuls fresh kale
    • 250ml coconut water
    • 1/3 cucumber, roughly chopped
    • 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped

    1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth. Take in your drink of goodness.
