    About this recipe: Yummy apple and raspberry smoothie packed with your vitamins and minerals. Great for breakfast on the move.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 punnet blueberries
    • 1 punnet raspberries
    • 3 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
    • 100 to 200ml apple juice
    • 2 tablespoons runny honey (or 3 teaspoons caster sugar)

    Method

    1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth or at desired consistency. Serve with ice and enjoy.

    Tip

    You can use any juice you want (e.g. orange, cranberry)

    yummy . its nice and healthy the only thing I changed is the amount of honey because it was too sweet for me but overall its an easy and healthy recipe - 17 Oct 2015
