Mix the paprika and herbs together in one bowl. Crack the egg into a separate bowl and whisk. Cut up the chicken breast into strips and put aside.
Warm the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Roll each chicken strip in the egg then in the seasoning. Drop the strips into the pan and turn frequently until no longer pink in the centre. Remove from the heat, plate up and enjoy.
