Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a square baking tin with baking parchment.
Combine the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, or in a pan over barely simmering water and stir frequently until melted completely. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, add in your sugar and eggs and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the cocoa powder and flour into the mixture, followed by the vanilla until all is mixed well. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down completely before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy, and don't forget about me, I'd like to taste some too!
