This is a recipe for whipped cream to go with my other recipe for 'Mum's easy fruit salad' or any other dessert. Easy to make ahead and keep in the fridge until needed.

Serves: 4
- 150ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar

- Pour the double cream into a bowl and add the sugar. Whisk with an electric mixer until thick. Serve and enjoy!
Tip
Serves about 3 to 4. Takes about 10 minutes. It tastes delicious with my recipe for My Mum's easy fruit salad.
