This is so simple that it barely warrants a recipe, however I do find that this is almost the perfect combination for a little mashed avocado. Eat this as a healthy snack, on toast, in a sandwich, on pizza - the options are endless!
In the unlikely event that you cannot finish the mixture, place in a bowl and cover with cling film so that the cling film directly covers and has full contact with the avocado, this will prevent browning. Eat within a day.
