700g plain flour
2 to 3 teaspoons baking powder
1 to 2 bars chocolate or your choice, melted

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a large cake tin and line with baking parchment.
Mix the eggs with the sugar, oil, and cocoa powder or vanilla in a bowl. Then, add the flour and the baking powder to the mixture and mix well until everything is combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared cake tin and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool completely. Transfer the cake to a serving plate. Pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread over the top and sides with the back of a spoon. Slice, serve and bon appetit!
