Line a square cake tin with baking parchment.
Heat the chocolate, butter and syrup gently in a pan and stir until melted. Once all ingredients are melted, bash the biscuits into little pieces and add them.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes before stirring in the marshmallows. Mix well then transfer everything to the prepared tin and place in the fridge to chill until set. Cut into squares and serve.
