About this recipe: Simple to make houmous with only a few ingredients! Serve with some crisps, vegetables sticks or pitta bread.
I like my houmous garlicy and lemony, if you want to reduce either of these ingredients you will get a more evenly flavoured houmous. This can also be made with peanut butter (in place of the tahini). It's best to add your liquid as you blend, so you can achieve the consistency you want.
