Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until desired consistency...simple as that!
I like my houmous garlicy and lemony, if you want to reduce either of these ingredients you will get a more evenly flavoured houmous. This can also be made with peanut butter (in place of the tahini). It's best to add your liquid as you blend, so you can achieve the consistency you want.
