Four-ingredient Nutella® brownies


    Very easy chocolate brownies. Suitable for anything! Lovely served warm with a scoop of ice cream for an extra treat.

    Serves: 6 

    • 250g Nutella® or chocolate hazelnut spread
    • 60g plain flour
    • 2 eggs
    • icing sugar, to dust

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a small square cake tin and line with baking parchment.
    2. Mix the Nutella®, flour and eggs together until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cut around the sides and cool and cut into slices. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
