Very nice, and easy. I realised just as dashing off to work that my thighs were with bones. But it still turned out delicious. I added cornflower near end to thicken. - 18 Dec 2015
Delicious and so easy! My husband and teenage boys absolutely loved it. I did tweak the recipe somewhat though: I left out the garlic due to unfortunate intolerance. Trebled the chicken & doubled the marinade ingredients and cooked in the oven at 160C for 2h. Finger-licking good!!! - 30 Jan 2017
