Very nice, and easy. I realised just as dashing off to work that my thighs were with bones. But it still turned out delicious. I added cornflower near end to thicken. - 18 Dec 2015
It was delicious. Instead of using ketchup I used chopped tomatoes, also I ran out of dark soy sauce while pouring out the sauce so I used a mixture of light and dark. I also didn't have any basil. I used chicken legs and the chicken was falling of the bone. Will definitely cook again. - 20 Jul 2017
