About this recipe: A great recipe for autumn and Halloween! These three-ingredient cookies are ideal for kids to make, and are also gluten, egg and dairy free.

  • 160g rolled oats
  • 245g pumpkin puree
  • 50g granulated sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Roll out into little balls and flatten with a fork. Arrange on the prepared baking tray.
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven until firm. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving.
