Empty the jar of creamy sauce into your ovenproof dish. Fill the jar up halfway with water and add to the dish along with the pasta, chillies, mushrooms and ham; stir well.
Place dish on the middle shelf in a preheated 200 C / Gas 6 oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove dish from oven and spread your sliced tomatoes on top, then sprinkle generously with your grated cheese.
Bake for another 25 minutes until cooked and bubbling away and the cheese has melted.
