Reserving 100ml of the juice, drain the mixed fruit into a bowl.
Place the flan case onto a serving plate. Spoon the mixed fruit on top.
Place 100ml water, 100ml of the reserved fruit juice and also the quick setting jelly into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for just one minute. Remove from the heat and leave for 10 minutes, giving a stir every minute.
Spoon gently onto your fruit, and place in the fridge to set until ready to serve.
Alternatively, you can use fresh summer fruits to fill the flan case.
