In my other recipe we showed you how to make clotted cream fudge and this is the next step showing you how to drizzle chocolate, the easy way over them.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 batch chocolate drizzle

    • 2 chocolate writing pencils

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Ready in:10min

    1. Place a large sheet of baking paper onto your work surface. Place some of your homemade fudge upon it about 2 inches apart.
    2. Place your writing pencils into boiled water, which has cooled down for about 5 minutes.
    3. Alternatively, you can heat up some chocolate buttons and drizzle over the fudge with a spoon.
    4. Wrap the writing pencils up in a tea towel and knead until nice and soft and drizzle over your fudge, it does not matter that you make a mess as it is the end product which counts.
    5. You should then get something like this.

    Tip

You can always use either chocolate buttons or cooking chocolate over a low heat and simmer and stir until it is of the right consistency. You can always watch the video underneath for a guide line too, this was a first for us, and they tasted great.
