About this recipe: This is a deliciously spicy, hot and full of flavour! Delicious served hot or cold with a crunchy fresh salad or seasonal veggies.

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 170g butter, melted (or olive oil)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Louisiana Creole Dip Mix (see tip)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Place chicken wings in bowl. Add melted butter and coat wings, then add Louisiana Creole Dip Mix and stir wings until well covered. (Add more mix if you like!). Place chicken wings on a baking tray leaving a small space between each.
  3. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until no longer pink in the centre. Remove from the oven and serve hot with soured cream, creme fraiche or blue cheese dressing.
