    About this recipe: Easy omelettes in seconds! Yummy for breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can use whatever fillings you like, but may sure they are already cooked and chopped to bite-size.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • sunflower or vegetable oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 30ml milk
    • fillings of your choice (e.g. grated cheese, ham, mushroom, peppers)

    Method

    1. Warm the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat.
    2. Get a jug and put the eggs in (I would put 2 in) then add the milk and give it a stir. Reduce the heat to medium then pour the eggs into the pan. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, tilt the frying pan around, gently moving the omelette inside to ensure that the egg on top cooks, then add the ingredients you would like in your omelette and then fold it in half. Leave it for about 15 seconds then put onto your plate. Now your ready to eat it! Num, num, num!

    Tip

    If concerned about cooking the eggs thoroughly, you can flip over the omelette before adding your fillings, or you can place the omelette under the grill to finish it off.
