    About this recipe: The name comes from the fact that this drink has three main flavours...chocolate, banana and peanut butter! This is a refreshing soy smoothie full of healthy nutrients like protein and potassium. A tasty alternative to creamy milkshakes and sure to please vegans and non-vegans alike.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 mugs ice
    • 475ml chocolate soya milk
    • 1 large banana
    • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter, or more to taste

    1. Blend ice, soya milk, banana and peanut butter together in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses; serve.
