Choconananut smoothie

    The name comes from the fact that this drink has three main flavours...chocolate, banana and peanut butter! This is a refreshing soy smoothie full of healthy nutrients like protein and potassium. A tasty alternative to creamy milkshakes and sure to please vegans and non-vegans alike.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 mugs ice
    • 475ml chocolate soya milk
    • 1 large banana
    • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter, or more to taste

    1. Blend ice, soya milk, banana and peanut butter together in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses; serve.

    I only had regular soy milk so I added 1 1/2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 Splenda packets. I used a frozen banana and a little bit less ice. Next time I make it I will make sure I have chocolate soy milk.  -  24 Mar 2016  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
