    About this recipe: Whip up this high-protein smoothie made with fresh mango, vanilla yoghurt, almond milk, honey and protein powder.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 mango, chopped, or more to taste
    • 120g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 120ml almond milk
    • a few ice cubes
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste (optional)

    My kids never agree on anything, except that this is the best smoothie ever! I have to admit it is very good and I typically don't like mango. Instead of the protein powder we use maca powder. - 13 Feb 2016
