Bring a saucepan of water to the boil over a high heat. Add the linguine and cook according to the instructions on the packet, until al dente. Stir frequently to ensure that it does not stick together.
Meanwhile in a frying pan over a high heat, spray in the garlic oil and cook and stir peppers for a minute or so. Reduce heat to medium and add prawns, mussels, chilli, chilli flakes and salt. Cook and stir for a minute or two to heat the prawns and mussels through.
By this time your linguine should be cooked so drain it and add to the rest of the ingredients with a little more garlic spray oil.
Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes then spoon onto warmed plates and serve with a little black pepper and some chives
