    About this recipe: A quick and easy blueberry smoothie, served in a bowl and topped with grated coconut, flaked almonds and banana.

    Serves: 1 

    • For the smoothie
    • 150g frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 banana
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • For topping
    • 1/2 banana, sliced
    • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
    • 1 tablespoon grated coconut

    1. Blend blueberries, 1/2 banana, water, cashew butter and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl.
    2. Top smoothie with sliced banana, almonds and grated coconut.
