Serves: 2

  • 200g angel hair pasta
  • extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 spring onions, diced
  • 1 tin tuna chunks, drained
  • 1 large red chilli, seeded
  • 2 limes (one for juice, one sliced in to circles)
  • 1 handful chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Prep:20min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:35min

  1. Pop your pasta in some lightly salted boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. This should only take around 3 to 4 minutes and when it's cooked, drain and toss in olive oil to prevent from sticking.
  2. Heat up some oil in a large frying pan and lightly cook and stir the garlic. Throw in your onion, tuna, chilli and the juice of 1 whole lime. Add in your pasta and gently toss to soak up all the flavour.
  3. Add in your parsley, lime wedges, salt and pepper to taste and a light dashing of olive oil if it needs it. Serve immediately.
