200g angel hair pasta
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
2 spring onions, diced
1 tin tuna chunks, drained
1 large red chilli, seeded
2 limes (one for juice, one sliced in to circles)
1 handful chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

Pop your pasta in some lightly salted boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. This should only take around 3 to 4 minutes and when it's cooked, drain and toss in olive oil to prevent from sticking.
Heat up some oil in a large frying pan and lightly cook and stir the garlic. Throw in your onion, tuna, chilli and the juice of 1 whole lime. Add in your pasta and gently toss to soak up all the flavour.
Add in your parsley, lime wedges, salt and pepper to taste and a light dashing of olive oil if it needs it. Serve immediately.
