About this recipe:As with most wraps, it's all about preference. And for me, this combination is everything I dream about in a wrap (and trust me I dream about food a lot). So use this recipe as a basis to stuff, fill and top with whatever you fancy! Enjoy!
In a side bowl, add your paprika, cayenne, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and salt. Mix together with the lime juice until a paste-like mixture forms. Slice your chicken into strips and with your hands, coat the strips with your spicy paste, ensuring all has been mixed and soaked up. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Warm a little olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook and stir until the chicken is white throughout and all the moisture has been soaked up.
Split your ingredients in two and assemble the wraps to your preference (photo for inspiration).
