    About this recipe: The perfect breakfast for anyone expecting the Easter bunny to pay a visit!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 2 small slices of streaky bacon
    • butter or oil for frying
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 carrot, cut into thin strips
    • 2 raisins

    Method

    1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan or under the grill until cooked and crispy.
    2. Heat butter or oil in frying pan over medium-low heat; carefully add the egg so as not to break the yolk. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes, or until the white is done and the yolk is still a bit soft.
    3. Arrange the bacon on a plate to form a V shape for the ears. Place the fried egg on top for the head. Use carrot sticks for whiskers and raisins for the eyes.
