Half birthday cake

Half birthday cake

1 person made this

About this recipe: I made this cake for my son when he was 6 months old for his first 1/2 year. The cake is shaped like a half moon - it's literally half a cake! You could make it for any 1/2 year anniversary. It's a dense chocolate sponge with a delicious cream cheese icing.
