Bring a saucepan of water to the boil over a high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet, or until al dente. Drain.
Add half your milk into a saucepan and heat until boiling; add one pack of Coleman's® sauce. When that begins to thicken add the rest of the milk and then add the other packet of sauce. When the sauce is ready, add it into the pan with the pasta and mix through.
Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan over a medium heat until no longer pink; remove from the pan and chop. Add to the pasta, along with the grated cheese and salt and mix (reserving a little of the bacon and cheese for topping). Spoon onto oven-proof plates, or into a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, then add the remaining cheese and bacon and serve.
