Raspberry frozen yoghurt

    Hi guys, I would 100% recommend this to anybody, great recipe that's simple quick and hassle free, it can appeal to all ages and is great for weight loss and a healthy and lighter alternative to ice cream.

    Serves: 8 

    • 750g raspberries (or strawberries)
    • 110g honey
    • 500g tub reduced fat plain Greek style yoghurt

    1. Blend the raspberries and honey until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug. Discard solids. Return mixture to processor. Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug.
    2. Add yoghurt and blend until smooth, then empty the mixture into a freezer friendly container then cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4+ hours .
    3. Remove from freezer and stand for 3 minutes or until just softened. Then once again blend and freeze for another 4+ hours.
    4. Serve after standing for a couple of minutes. Then serve up and enjoy!
