    About this recipe: This green juice is packed with nutrients. The ginger, lime and lemon add flavour. Apples add sweetness. Surprisingly delicious! Adjust the amount of water to the consistency you like.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1 large cucumber, chopped
    • 2 apples, cored and chopped
    • 3 celery sticks, chopped
    • 120ml cold water, or more as needed
    • 60g fresh spinach leaves
    • 1 bunch fresh parsley
    • 1 (2.5cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced

    1. Place cucumber, apples, celery, water, spinach, parsley, ginger, lime juice and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth.
