These drop cookies are made with ground almonds, dates, walnuts and chia seeds. They are quick and easy to make and have the added bonus of having no added sugar. The sweetness comes from natural maple syrup and dried fruit.
Check when you buy to select prepacked dates and dried cherries with no added sugar in the ingredients.
