Tofu aioli

    This vegan aioli is dairy free, egg free and low fat. Adjust the amount of seasoning if you prefer a milder flavour.

    • 340g silken tofu
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
    • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1 squeeze lemon juice

    1. Place tofu, garlic, minced onion, vinegar, mustard, seasoned salt, and lemon juice in a food processor; process until smooth.
