Overnight oats with blueberries

    Oats soak in milk and yoghurt overnight in the fridge so do not have to cook porridge in the morning! This is a delicious and easy breakfast to start your day. I add blueberries, honey, cinnamon and milled flaxseed to make it a little more nutritious.

    • 25g porridge oats
    • 80ml milk
    • 70g plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed
    • 2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
    • handful of blueberries

    1. Mix oats, milk, yoghurt, flaxseed, honey and cinnamon in a container (about 250ml). Mix well over with a fork or spoon. Fold in the blueberries. Cover with a lid and store in fridge overnight.
