    About this recipe: This breakfast is portable, quick to make, has no added sugar and tastes great! The banana adds sweetness so no need for sugar. It's also good with diced apple.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 40g oats
    • 100g Greek yogurt
    • 120ml almond milk
    • 1 banana, sliced

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:8hr chilling  ›  Ready in:8hr10min 

    1. Stir oats, yogurt and almond milk together in a jar with a lid. Twist lid onto jar and chill, 8 hour to overnight.
    2. Stir porridge and add banana when ready to eat.
