    About this recipe: No dairy required to make this refreshing green smoothie! It has a serving of chia seeds added which have plenty of protein to keep you full.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/4 cucumber, roughly chopped
    • 1 frozen banana, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    • 120ml fresh orange juice
    • water as needed

    1. Layer cucumber, banana, fresh ginger and chia seeds in a blender; add orange juice. Blend mixture until smooth, adding water for a thinner smoothie.
