Apple, cashew butter, cinnamon and a few other ingredients combine to make this smoothie remind you of apple pie! It's a delicious change from banana based smoothies and contains only natural sugars.
l followed the recipe but it came out very thick l love cashew nuts and cinnamon but unfortunately l did not like this l think it was the flaxseed that put me off thanks for sharing - 06 Jul 2017
Good and very easy to make. I used frozen pineapple, 1% milk as that is what I had on hand, I could not get the whole apple in the blender nor did I use a full cup of milk.
