About this recipe: Oranges, mangoes and chia seeds are blended with cashew butter, coconut flakes and flaxseeds to make this refreshing, nutritious bright orange breakfast smoothie.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 small orange, peeled
  • 80g frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds
  • 120ml fresh orange juice
  • water as needed (optional)

  1. Layer orange, mango, cashew butter, coconut, chia seeds and flaxseeds into a blender; add orange juice. Cover and blend mixture until smooth, adding water for a thinner smoothie.
